Our AirBnB ditched us last minute, but Jamie at reception sorted us out - absolute legend. Friendly staff, clean rooms nothing fancy but as a last minute booking it was a lifesaver
This Hotel is great value for the location! The rooms are an amazing size, the staff are friendly and checking in and out is easy. It's a great stay, and a great price. It's close to the Shopping Centre and not too far from the Xscape. Would recommend!
The room is very basic - which is to be expected given the price, but there was no soap in the bathroom dispenser and the shower drain overflowed. However, the experience overall was great value for money. The stay was topped off by a great buffet breakfast and a special mention goes to Kelly and Ricky who kept the buffet fresh and flowing. The customer service was amazing and why I would not hesitate to stay there again.
Close to city and station. Bathroom a bit tired Friendly staff, good pizza, warm bed and cold beer What more could you want from a budget hotel? One of the better Travelodges I’ve stayed in.
Disappointing. Booked quiet room on floor 7. The room was very hot so we needed to open the window. This resulted in us being woken up in the night by the customers at the slug & lettuce. We asked for a fan at 9pm but were told they didn't have any (by security guard,no reception staff there).
Was very pleased with the hotel it’s not in a fabulous location, but the room was great. They had coffee machine, The staff were friendly and helpful Taxi driver, Breakfast was good and the price for tonight really can’t complain very happy
An amazing, relaxing and refreshing time for My Wife and Myself spent at this Travelodge for our Valentine's weekend! Room was fresh, clean, spacious, lovely view from the 6th floor and the staff was welcoming! A definite money well spent! Paring was free and secure in the multi floor carpark opposite! Breakfast was lovely and the refurb of the restaurant area was a big improvement from our last visit and there's nothing better than having great hospitality from staff while eating! Kelly and Ricky played an excellent role showing hospitality, keeping everything replenished and clean! Thumbs up to the team! Would definitely stay again!
The same as all Travelodge sites. The choice at the bar was poor, breakfast was reasonable. The main issue was that the car park was a large multi storey one, the only free spaces on the 11th level and there was no lift.
